Running on empty makes you a champion

How bad do you want it?

2015

The letter E

When you see that letter in your car, your mind goes to DEFCON and now you’re scrambling to find the nearest gas station. But the truth is…you still can drive around quite a bit before it runs out of gas.

The same thing goes for your mind and body. David Goggins, the hardest dude in the world, said it best.

When you think that you are done, you’re only 40% into what your body’s capable of doing.

David Goggins

What does this have to do with me?

You’re going through all kinds of things. Workouts. Classes. Social things. Practices. Competitions. Family. Blah blah. Millions of things on your plate, and you’re going to be really fucking tired by the end of the day.

GOOD.

Now you’re nearing E…and now it’s time for all of us to see what you really got in you.

What kind of reserve tank do you have?

How deep are you going to be digging in?

How hard are you gonna go until you truly hit EMPTY?

“NO RAGRETS”!

yolo, baby, yolo!

Every single athlete that I know who are competing at the elite level…NONE of them will EVER regret that time when they went above and beyond their physical and mental capabilities. NEVER going to regret it.

But there ARE regrets about not going all out with SOME gas left in the tank.

So, let’s see what you’re made of this week. LFG.
